Off the front of the home is a large, covered lanai with Ohia posts. From the front door you enter a large open Livingroom/Kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove/oven range, Quartz counter tops, and double stainless steel kitchen sink. There is ample storage in kitchen that includes a lazy Susan and pull-out spice rack. Kitchen and livingroom floors are Oak hardwood.
Just off kitchen is a large bathroom with new flooring and drywall. Currently it has the indoor composting Separette toilet, which is one of the most advanced and trouble-free composting toilets available. The shower is located outside and uses an On-Demand Propane water heater.
Third room is the bedroom with a sliding glass door leading to the side lanai bringing in natural light and beautiful views of the yard. The closet has some shelves for additional storage and flooring is bamboo.
